Songlines Music Awards 2023 Nominations Announced
The votes are in! We can now reveal the nominees for this year’s Songlines Music Awards. Catch up with all the contenders and enjoy our specially curated playlist full of nominated goodness
The Songlines Music Awards, now in their 15th year, are a veritable celebration of the remarkable array of global musical talent that we cover in Songlines, and we are very excited to announce the nominations for this year. These are all albums that were featured in the magazine throughout 2022 (issues #175-#184 inclusive) that our contributors, our readers and the wider public have chosen as representing the best that the year had to offer.
So, find out who ruled in the regional categories – Africa & Middle East, Americas, Europe, Asia & Pacific and Fusion – and who has taken home the two big gongs, Best Artist and Best Group. Also, stay tuned as we'll be revealing the Newcomer and World Pioneer awards later in the year.
