The 10th anniversary edition of Songlines is out NOW. Our cover feature tackles 10 Songs That Shook The World, whilst the CD that comes free with the magazine is packed full of the latest choice tunes from the newest world music releases. Tracks include music from Mali’s powerful songstress Oumou Sangare, Romani hip-hop from the Czech Republic’s Gipsy.cz and ol’ time Western swing courtesy of The Hot Club Of Cowtown. On top of the ten best tracks from the ten hottest releases, we have a special Songlines playlist from writer and TV explorer Simon Reeve.
