Alsarah & The Nubatones debut the first music video from their recently released album Silt via Wonderwheel Recordings.

The track ‘Soukura’ envelops the overarching theme of memories, a commonality in Nubian songs about homecoming. Directed and edited by Maryam Parwana, the video follows Alsarah in an antiquated mansion in Bed Stuy (aka Bedford–Stuyvesant), New York. As she opens and closes doorways, forgotten memories illuminate from the windows to the walls on the full-screen.
