Andy Kershaw inaugurates new podcast series
The broadcaster, DJ and journalist resumes his old radio show, Andy Kershaw Plays Some Bloody Great Records, in a new format
Andy Kershaw has launched a new podcast series under the typically matter-of-fact banner, Andy Kershaw Plays Some Bloody Great Records.
The first episode is out now (a second instalment will be available from May 31) and features a wide range of the DJ’s favourite sounds, with prime cuts coming from, among others, T-Bone Burnett, Staple Singers, Ballaké Sissoko and Anansy Cissé, plus an exclusive kitchen session from singer-songwriter Steve Tilston.
