Recorded music has always been a central part of Songlines’ coverage of the intoxicating world music scene. Along with our in-depth features and interviews with leading performers, each issue of the magazine has brought our readers the best new releases complete with a review from our panel of experts.

With coronavirus preventing us from going to gigs, our reliance on recorded music has only increased and with more and more of us using streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music, we now have access to more music than ever before. So, to help you track down the best new music or discover hidden gems you’ve never heard before, we have launched a dedicated, fully searchable database of our reviews. With over 6,500 for you to explore, this new resource is a wonderful new tool subscribers can access to help them explore and discover all the music we have reviewed since 2010.

To get access you simply need to subscribe to our dedicated reviews database product. If you are an existing magazine subscriber then please consider upgrading your subscription and become a full member. Digital magazine subscribers can access the reviews database by becoming digital members.

If you have any questions about your subscription and how to access the new database, our dedicated customer service team is here to help. You can contact them by email at subscriptions@markallengroup.com or by calling 01722 716 997.
